Windsor Ont was murder free in 2010! Pretty amazing for being across the river from Detroit. Must be bad shooters or dull knives? What about failed attempts? Somebody fudged the books? @overstatedbrilliance Thanks for viewing the video! We just had two more murders and a wounded 13-year-old girl last weekend. Trust me they weren't using a popcorn gun! Semantics on what getting your ass shot off sounds like!!! This is real life and real people getting killed in the mean streets of Winnipeg. The message is in the bloody streets, not on what it sounds like! Sounds like the new Mayor soon to be elected tomorow has his our her hands full in cleaning up and change Winnipegs image!!
