sorry but greed and lust for power has caused lots of wars. Matter of fact more people have died at the hands of people who dont believe in God (the number is in the hundreds of millions).

That was sweet, I think the last time I noticed that I was balancing my check book in church and that the man next to me who was their alone was doing sudoku I stopped going , then I stopped and realized that if your just being good not to piss god off and so you can get into heaven then you should probably try and get their right now. Religion is a tool of connivence and comfort to help people deal with things they cannot change like a sick joke. If theirs a higher power, thats nice .

Well its good you stopped playing a game. Of course if your beginning motivation was to escape hell, then you were there for the wrong reason too.

BTW God is real but most folks are too busy going their own way, doing their own things, so they cant here Him.

If you want a real relationship w/ God pray He will rip, tear, shred & burn anything in your life that offends Him & draw you closer to Him. It requires laying down everything. Warning He just might take it all too.

Him. sure, it may not be full of death and decay every time, but is faith? no. you will be challenged, and you probably might suffer for it, but your servitude and obedience is also a source of solace and comfort. there is time for everything. time for jovial chitchat, and time for obedience and penance. and faith? faith manages, at the end it always does.

What this entire video describes is social evolution. Social values alter and though God is never removed from life, sermons are certainly aimed at interpreting the Bible to our modern day lives. In the Middle Ages there were blasphemy laws and religion dominated daily life. Society evolved to where God is still important, however we've scaled back the unnecessary strictness.

You're dubbing the natural evolution of societal norms with a scary name- the NWO!!! Run and hide...

I think the teaching and reality of being 'in Christ' has been lost in our time. The danger and deceit of living 'in yourself' is a difficult trap to avoid and there are many many churches out there that are caught in this trap. Even in this video there are evidences of unaccurate teaching like dying to self. In Christ we are dead, fait accompli. The believer does not die to himself in some kind of daily spiritual excercise, HE IS DEAD TO THE OLD NATURE AND ALIVE IN CHRIST.

the problem is gov is putting thier hands in some churches but whick ones?this might cause the true church to fall away fi the gov hand to get too long into churches.We must look and listen closely.If they start saying its Gods will for us to listen to the gov.then my advice to you is RUN from that church and not look back.Find one that tells the real truth.NOt what the gov wants.
