@27ljta but if it wasnt for the fans none of them would be as rich as they are and just to give a little of your time to shake a hand or say hi to the people who pay your checks and make u millions isnt much to ask just an opinion

sime players do nothing--they're not bad or anything...some players high five the fans and that's pretty nice--but to go out of your way to greet someone's kids is a pretty nice thing to do

@thefuzzer some coaches tell there players not to get distracted to the fans and stick to your game. Thats why alot of players dont hit there hands goin bye so there not jerks there just tryen not to get thrown off!

I love how Getzlaf takes time to acknowledge/greet fans especially right after game period. He gave the little boy with his hand out a tap and greeted your kids, while the others just walked right past. Not saying the others are jerks, in fact it's very common for professional atheletes and hockey players to do that but Ryan didn't. I've always heard nothing but good things about him either on or off the ice. Go Getzlaf!

He's one of my favorite players for sure... and I'd kill to have him on my team.
