  • first of all, Thank you!!! a lot for all your videos. i really like contact sports and I just bought a punching bag so I will practice some of your moves o it.   • @edgarabenitez yea man it is harder than it looks, i had made a few videos before this too lol... try it for like 4, 3 minute rounds and 1 minute break between each round.. change the exercises up here and there.. good luck dude.. thanks for watching
