This is a substantial claim which the evidence does not back up. The documentation available shows that they infiltrated Freemasonry. Canon Law 1374 and 2335 attest that Catholicism is accepting Freemasonry. Secondly, Weishaupt didn't dethrone anyone. I recommend you provide substantial evidence for this claim. The problem with this assertion is that there is more to it than that. They wanted to establish themselves as the sole rulers. Weishaupt admitted this. What is more interesting is that G. Washington shows that the Illuminati entered into America and spread. He called it them diabolical. The primary sources show that they were vicious.
