http://zillafitness.com Here I show you a very cheap and easy way to make dumbbells for P90X or other home workouts (Power 90, ChaLean Extreme) available on my website http://zillafitness.com Through trial and error I have since found that laundry detergent bottles hold up a lot longer than the milk jugs or water jugs. My new favorite materials are Arizona brand one gallon jugs and wet kitty litter. Whatever it takes! One body. One life. Get fit.

I'm confused. If some one pays over $100 for a video program why would they use plastic jugs as weights

@katiemariepatton Because they just paid $100 (actually $120) for a video program. Dumbbells are not cheap.
