Thnx for sharing, Im about at the same point in flying (your nose is better:) .....I think about those crashes, and the strong desire to fly these machines. It is all the gratification I thought it would be.

Approximately how much is the repair bill for the T-rex 450 for the 25 crashes?
I like to know so I can estimate how much I need to support this hobby.
TIA.

I agree with everyone else here. Great flying. Your video is one of my favorites to watch. Keeps me modivated. Wow, 20 crashes. Guess I need to take the plunge and fly outside. I have 96 batterys inside hovering. All I want to do is slow easy flying like you. Any suggestions?

Yes, I use 10-15% exponent on Ail, elev, pitch and rudder. I also have the CCPM throws set to 50-55%. I use flybar weights and the longer flybar (220mm?). This will give a mild-flying heli that's very solid in the air. I can get it moving in a direction and let go of the controls, it will keep flying like that until move the controls again. It fly's just like a fixed wing airplane in forward flight.

The fun-per-dollar on these things is great. Best money I've ever spent, I've lost track of how many flight's I have put on this particular heli. Maybe 500 flights?? Crashed about 20 times, every time back up and flying in about an hour. Parts are very cheap also.

Thanks guys, just put them together with a careful eye to balancing the blades and flybar and they fly smooth as silk!
