  • Do you guys always sit in that order? and in a box? If so why? Honest question as I never have understood why you would set up not facing the audience. I feel we lose some of the soprano sound because the soprano players back is toward the camera.

  • @theplaytester2 Great question! Since the time that this video was recorded, we have changed our setup to more of an open arc so that we are more open toward the audience. We also switched the position of the alto and tenor so that the two lower instruments are in the back and can project a little better.

  • awesome job guys! performed this piece last year, it's a beast and you handled it quite well! i've also done mountain roads, AWESOME piece of music!

  • Yeah, this was my favorite at the ensemble concert too... Wow band camp went way too fast this year. I have some videos up if anyones interested.
