A documentary about what it's like to be transgender. The documentary covers what it's like to grow up in the wrong gender and eventually transition. It also discusses the youtube transgender community and how that has affected my life in a positive way.

  • im not against people who are gay or transsexual or whatever, but honestly, I think we here wayyy too much about it. Honestly, if you don't want to be treated differently, than stop drawing attention to yourself. At school all we here about is how we should respect all sexualities or whatever. We get the point, now can you please stop shoving it down our throats all the fucking time?!

  • @punkrastagirl96 I get it, but am also a bit confused because no one forced you to watch this video...

The point is that we aren't treated equally, and until we are, people are going to hear about it. Do you think that you would be allowed to vote if the womens movement had just stopped talking about how unfairly that was? Do you think slavery would have ended if people just stopped talking about it? The answer is no, and until equality has been reached, I'm going to keep talking about it.

  • @grishno there are a ton of people who are treated unfairly, and they don't go around bitching and moaning all the damn time. Less people would criticize you if you just stopped complaining. Move to a fucking state where you can get married and get the fuck over it. You have to realize that nothing is perfect, and if you care so much about what other people think than I truly pity you.

  • @punkrastagirl96 I haven't mentioned anywhere that this is about what people think of me. It's about equality, which is something that I believe in passionately and will continue to fight for. You certainly take a lot of things for granted and I hope that one day you realize that if people didn't fight for equality in our past that this world would be a much worse place than it is today. Complacency and silence never changed the world.

  • It is wierd for you girlfriend. is it not?

You actualy forsed her to be a lesbian.

  • I'm not sure why people come on to your videos just to say rude things and then complain about the fact that they watched your video and "don't agree" or "don't wanna hear it." Doesn't make much sense to me, but I just wanted to say that I think you are very brave and I have a lot of respect for you. I'm glad you are doing well and you are extremely right about complacency and silence never changing the world. Keep on keepin' on, and you do have supporters out here in this big world. :)

  • @Sduibek excited. Stupid swype.

  • Something I've been wondering, what would someone like you have done fifty, a hundred, two hundred years ago? I guess the whole "living lives of quiet desperation" thing?

I'm taking Psych Honors next quarter and the focus is gender identity. I'm really echoed to start that class :)

  • hi , would you consider yourself lesbian ? are you only attracted to girls ? im just trying to be less ignorant on this whole issue as i have a friend who's transgender... is there totally no relationship whatsoever in the gender you want to change into and the gender you like ?? My questions are legit and in no way mean offence or insult.

  • Why do all fags/transgenders thing they can sing? Your music sucks and your disgusting.

  • HAHAH , ur life sucks ass.. and no im not going to donate shit to the fucking vagina fund LMFAO

  • I just want to say that I admire you soooo much. I am not transgender, I am a genderqueer female bodied human. I really thank you for telling such a courageous story. Ignore the haters, you are a beautiful woman, as is your girlfriend.

  • what is the song at the end of this

  • @punkrastagirl96 you can not care about what people all you want but it is rather difficult to not care when they are beating you or your friends because they think they MAY be gay or trans or whatever. And yes lgbt is not the only group that gets mistreated but it doesn't mean that they should stop fighting for rights just because someone else is mistreated. If anything getting people to move towards more openness and acceptance of one group will open the gateways for others.
