Eggs and butter are pure,natural,healthy food items. I groan when i here that kind of 80,s talk, especially since it usually comes from people whose food habits I happen to know. Pepsi Max and a pizza bun for lunch,like. Not to mention the snacks of psychedelic colored candies throughout the day.

There are better video's with the same information as this one under 2 minutes. I didn't come to this video to see how rainy it is in Ireland, or much alcohol your blokes managed to drink in the pub last weekend. This video almost seems like it deliberatly delays the cooking technique information. Thus, I dislike this video.

While I'm waiting for the recipe, just a tip: 30 minute TV shows are only 22 minutes in reality. Maybe you could trim 9 minutes off of your show to keep it in line with peopless attention spans
