Gunfire in Saginaw

Saginaw Police arrested two people after an apparent drive-by shooting at 12:09 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Gratiot. No one was hurt in the gunfire spree in which police recovered eight 9 mm shell casings and seven .45-caliber casings, said Saginaw Police Detective Sgt. Mark Lively.

I know a few cops and they've said they're 10-20 calls behind when they start their shift. Saginaw has it's police force stretched so thing it is impossible for them to do their job properly. The citizens have to decide...do they want to pay a little extra on taxes or live in a slum.
