Wow, I never realized that if one wanted to take over a geographic entity, such as New York City or the American West, all one had to do is get up on a soapbox and announce to everyone within earshot the intention of doing so, just like The Blob did. I think I'll go downtown right now, try it for myself, and see how it works out for me.
