In this song I talk about the difficulties I have gone though in my life's journey, and the suffering that people all over the world are still going through today. There were times when making ends meet seemed like it was the end of it all. Being kicked out of rental housings and dumpster diving seems to be a normal life to others. So when i wanted to communicate all those issues I mixed some of my real life and what i see and saw happening around me. Going to Sangomas is part of past life as i was trying to figure things out. Until i said to myself the only Tovera that i know and believe in is God, so then i started calling on him for help, to intercede in the world's sufferings. The dumpster scene i acted with one of the children from Makhokhoba township who acted as my son. I sometimes wonder if i had used my own son to act that part, how it would have felt watching the video today. The elderly women in the video are the Thandanani Women's Ensemble from Bulawayo. very strong Acappela and dance group I have ever worked with for that age.
