  • Now that IS something different. JD was even more versatile than I had thought. Thanks for posting such a novel item,

  • @Matuku35 My pleasure. You are always welcome.

  • haha the "Whistler's mother" dance step was hilarious! He's so great. thank you again Michael! Is this on a DVD somewhere?

  • Hi, Thank you for viewing and for your comment. I don't believe that these shows have ever been released on VHS or DVD. You could possibly find bootleg copies on eBay.

  • I am so thrilled you posted this! Thanks, Michael! John certainly was the consummate performer; truly a gifted artist. How many musicians ever achieve this virtuosity in such a wide range of musical (and performance) styles? Have you heard his World Game album? He did some incredible songs -from reggae to latin. It is truly a testament to his musicality as well as his dedication to uniting all the peoples of the planet; a true man of peace.

  • Thank you for your comments. Yes, I do know the world Game album. I seem to remember that The Wailers were involved in the recording of it.
