I ordered a custom head on December 6th. I paid $30 for expedited service to get this done and to me prior to Christmas. I also paid $30 in shipping charges to have it overnighted, when TMF took way too long. I have paid and paid and now have nothing more than a tracking number that doesn't exist with USPS. How am I supposed to give THAT to my loved one for Christmas? TMF won't make it right, either. They could make another and overnight it, but refuse.

@ThatsMyFaceSucks Following your emails, we shipped the figure twice fedex overnight for free. It was not our fault that USPS was slow and not updating their tracking. According to our logs BOTH figures (the original and the extra free one) got to you before Christmas.
Maybe you could post here to let others know we went well beyond the call of duty to make your xmas memorable.
