Pay particular attention to the explanation of how this health care bill addresses the issue of cross-state competition visa vie the "exchange" set up by the bill.
Also, the public option is the most powerful approach to creating real competition in the insurance market. It's the very reason the GOP fight it so hard, even though it would operate off premiums and not government funding.
Interesting too is that the GOP doesn't acknowledge that the majority of Americans want a public option.
