There is really a lack of knowledge out there even at the so called highest level. Now, I am 38 and I realize that I was not even close to my potential because of my lack of flexibility and how many injuries I could have avoided. What types of stretching would you recommend to be able to do this?

I went to the gym and started stretching and I know it will take ma while but I am determined to be able to do this one day.
I was an athlete in college ( Div I Basketball Player) and we never stretched before or after practice.

Great...I made my set a couple of days ago....Wow..I didn't know what I was missing. This is the true meaning of 'core strength'- I don't like the cheesy term..lol

Let me tell you something.... this is the hardest thing I have ever tried. YOU ARE AMAZING to hold it for that long. I just built 4 parallette for my future gym. I want all my athlete to learn these routines.
