  • and i don't think that he'll be too violent from here on out cuz the goldfish is not a fighter and the blood parrot seems to have gotten bored with him already lol. Now they just follow each other around a lot.

  • @Timothy2035 haha, yeah, I don't think i'm going to add anymore blood parrots. I didn't plan on adding the goldfish, but he was a surprise gift from a friend. so i had to put him somewhere. The parrot cichlid was actually pretty territorial with the caves at first, but the goldfish didn't really go into them that often so the blood parrot kinda seemed like he didn't really care anymore....

  • it looks tranquil now, but I would suggest you don't add any more Parrots. I would turn one of those caves around a little bit so it doesn't have a front view. Maybe the Parrot Cichlid will use it for a "home". With the various rock huts, Cichlids will want to establish territory sooner or later. Which the goldfish doesn't operate on the idea of territories and may come into conflict with the Parrot who wants to keep the goldfish away from his/her "hut". The tank is a nice size for those 2
