3 Weeks ago I Visited A CCO About 2 hours from my home and Got the Lady Gaga Lipdtick, I Get home and it had been used!!!!! So After waiting for monday i call the store and the manager was soo rude and nasty i had to hangup on her and call Her Manager! HR was so nice and uderstanding they told me to ship the used lipstick back to the CCO (I Wasnt driving 2 hours for a $10 Lipstick) and they would ship me a new one. I Shiped it back and A Week later I Got my UNUSED Lady Gaga Viva Glam Lipstick!!!

i love my cco and lucky for me its only about a 40 minute drive

just so you know im the manager of the cco in my town and you are ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed to film or take photos in our store. if you are caught you will be asked to leave and not return. also, My boss is the district manager for the queenstown store and she could get corporate involved and you will be asked to remove this video. just saying.. be careful when you film in stores.

I went to a CCO here in Orlando, FL and I remember a long time ago, I regretted not getting anything from the Hello Kitty collection...but that was before I began using makeup. I just got back with a brand new Lucky Tom palette from the collection :)

i dont think MAC tests on animals thats why one reason there make up is so expensive because they dont test on animals. But maybe you are right and i am wrong.
