Wushu sparring set by 3 members of the Stanford Wushu Team. Performed during the 2005 Wushu Inter-Collegiate Tournament at UC Davis. Received gold medal. Performed by Audrey Yap, Adam Freund and Filip Krsmanovic, choreographed by Master Phillip Wong.

oops.. I'm a little bit confused with that.. That's because I separate the Wu shu since it was forbidden and after.

No, no. Modern wu shu is based on the traditional one (I feel stupid saying that, because it is obvious.)

traditional wu shu has just as much acrobatics. It is used very often for attack and defense, and especially counter. If you want to see it in action, look up "Long Fist" in Youtube.

hehe Yes, the modern wu shu after it was considered like a sport (or something like that) it has a lot of acrobacies that we can't use in a real fight. Greetings.
