DemocracyNow.org - WikiLeaks announced today it has begun publishing the Syria Files -- more than two million emails from Syrian political figures, ministries and associated companies, dating from August 2006 to March 2012. WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange could not attend today's press conference announcing the release of the data trove because he is still inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London in an attempt to avoid extradition to Sweden. According to WikiLeaks, "The Syria Files shine a light on the inner workings of the Syrian government and economy, but they also reveal how the West and Western companies say one thing and do another." Longtime WikiLeaks supporter Glenn Greenwald praises the release of the secret files. "[This] simply underscores the reason that WikiLeaks is so valuable. The ability to blow holes in the wall of secrecy, behind which the world's most powerful actors function, is something newspapers have a great deal of difficulty doing because they're subject to the laws of their state," Greenwald said. "They can't guarantee anonymity because reporters know who their sources are and can ultimately be forced to give them up."

Greenwald says US/Sweden should promise not to extradite..that would be an improvement over current games they play, but hold on..Assange has not been charged for anything..he offered to be interviewed in Sweden..stayed weeks..they refused. He only left after they said ok2leaveSweden..He still has offered to be interviewed by video..they refuse. Both women say sex was CONSENSUAL and without violence..they only asked police if they could force Assange to take HIV test.

The case against Julian Assange is bogus. That is why the case was first dropped. It then became political.

I agree. The CIA is used to snagging people more easily. They tried to divide and conquer women over this trumped-up b.s. but most women are smarter about men than they thought and Julian's supporters aren't stupid, so it was a fail. Those Jezebels couldn't wait to hop in bed with him. Also, what an odd coincidence that he suddenly turned into a rapist at the same time the government wanted him, and Brad Manning suddenly turned unstable, though he was doing officers' work before his arrest.

CIA under-estimated Assange with these girls... they thought it will work and get him to US... what they did not expect is Assange increasing power due his fame and popularity!
Which at this point are probably the only reasons why he is still alive!
I have serious concerns about Julians life if this thing gets more aggressive which I think it is already behind the curtains!

I hope you guys do not believe that we here talking about innocent citizens regarding these girls?
Because I am quite sure of that they are some kind of agents for god knows which secret service... their ID's wont tell us their history... and its definitely not a coincidence... Its a well planed scripts of the CIA!
The oldest and easiest way to get someone under arrest!

If these acusations had any criminality, an honest prosecutior would move 4ward w/questioning & then charges. But ther goal instead was 2 CLiP Assange's wings & suffocate WikiLeaks.
Glenn qouating the Whore Monger Elliot Spitzer while critizicing the elites is hypocracy extreme. That X district attorney/governor who prosecuted men & women on prostitution charges while he was whoring it up was never prosecuted himself.
2 f u c k whores & then arrest them, that is TRUE RAPE*
