That would mean massive immigration of arabs and the lost of the Jewish identity.
1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
Anyone who opposes a Jewish state or a Palestinian state, if that is the will of those peoples, is opposed to international law.

If Israel and Palestine can't learn to coexist as one nation, they'll never survive as next door neighbors. The added distance will escalate their fear of each other and simply compel them to fire bigger weapons at each other.
They can live as two spiritual nations, restoring their original borders, exercising two branches of government, yet living all together in one nation called Palestine Israel, or Israel Palestine, or the Palace of Israelistine.
That's their best chance for survival.

The Jew's didn't buy nothing from the Arabs. The U.N pitched the idea of a Jewish country but the Arab's didn't want the Jew's to have their own country. Arab's hate Jew's. Arabs sided with the Nazis in WW2 against the British so they could have help killing all the Jew's.The Arabs would never sell the Jew's anything that will help their race survive. The Jew's had to fight to get Israel. Israel is a tough little nation.

The mass immigration of Jews to Israel started before the British, during the Ottoman empire. They bought the land from the Arab landowners. In addition at that time much of the land was not populated and in disuse.
