  • Your description text is an insult to drunken sailors ;)

Politicians spend money like drunken pirates. First they loot the money of citizens by force or extortion and then they spend it in their whorehouse equivalents.

    Great video.

  • @44connected those of us who do not need leaders resent them to hell.

  • Great stuff, written by a great man, but what's with this lackluster reader?

  • after that, they'll dumb him down or force him to live a "sad" life. They'll create chaos in his personal life or he'll find them in his mind as the observing party.

  • that's a good stab.

  • the banks didnt want the money?lol why did they lobby for it then?

  • @JimBowie1133 Yeah its called the law. The question is not whether its legal but LEGITIMATE. The Holocaust was legal but clearly not legitimate.

  • @fzqlcs , I agree that Paulson was insistent and did pressure the some of the banks to take the bailout but to say they were 'forced' is not accurate. Nonetheless, They did not make much effort to resist taking the money. They also had no problem with paying out extravagant bonuses with this 'unwanted' money that was forced on them.

  • @JimBowie1133 Google "Wells Fargo CEO blasts TARP, stress tests" All major banks were required to take TARP money. In the case of Wells Fargo, they clearly did not want it. All banks were required to take the money in order to make the situation seem widespread rather than identify the poor management by a few.

  • Gov't forced the banks to take the money? sure...

  • @spartan0187 you are right 0:13

  • That is not Thomas Sowell narrarating.
