Last of the Daleks: On a distant mining planet in the year 3040, the Daleks are on the edge of extinction. While the Doctor's timeline collides with a past incarnation, the last of the Daleks is taking it to extremes to ressurect the arch enemies of the Time Lord.

@DrWhoFigureSeries I made an eye template (with patterns/blue background etc) on Photoshop, then on Vegas I placed it as a layer above the video with a 50% transparency. After that all you have to do is use the punch effect to give it a zooming feel. Hope that helped :)
