@sprau09 I agree with you. There a for sure positive things to say about Chennai. I was there in march. And the very first moments were realy shocking becaus of the crowded traffic, the dirt and the ugly smell but Chennai is even though a good place and I am looking forward to come back to Chennai!

Yes you do; many Indian cities are already ahead in that or have built several of these. This even include cities muchsmaller than Chennai, such as Gurgaon.
