What an idiot! First of all he wanted to use that body shop because he had work done there before. Second all insurance companies prefer to use used or aftermarket parts. There is nothing wrong with used body parts. They are removed from a car very similar to the one they are going on and are about the same age.

USAA Sucks , They make changes to your bill then they charge you for their mistake. They are unfair and they need to be investigated, but like the world over companies like USAA will never be held accountable for their actions Until someone gets hurt My advice drop USAA and get someone better and if you find one let me know..

Just a note from a guy who has been with USAA since 1965.
All I can say is that they are the best overall company I have used this lifetime.
My experience is that they give you immediate response to any question or problem.

This video is an ad from an insurance re seller not an insurance company - every insurance compnay has issues - i have been with State Farm, Geico and USAA - All had positives and negatives - State Farm dropped me when I got a ticket Geico made me keep full coverage on a vehicle that was in storage - USAA so far has been very good no issues - I dont push any of them but this is nothing more than a commercial.
