@Wesinator9 My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modern and clean, and we did have a mini-fridge. Say comparable to a Best Western. Be aware the rooms are not large, especially the bathroom. But Waikiki isn't the kind of place you want to spend your time in your hotel room anyways and for the price it was a great deal. Every thing you need is right outside your door. I almost wanted to spend the night on the beach because it's such a great place. I hope I can go back, soon. Have fun!

Yes, it's partial. Don't expect huge rooms and the place is great. Clean and lots of activities right out the door. You wont be bored.
