Did you download it from the site or did you use DVD's? I have just recently purchased a new computer and used DVD's. I payed a lot of money in hopes of the game looking like this, but sadly it still looks like I am using DX9; it looks nothing like this. Ultra High, DX10, what else do I need? The far away landscape is dark and blurry, and I cannot see things from far away. What do you suggest?

@Mithrandilferalis i installed from the DvDs. Perhaps you forgot the -install high res. textures- button, before installing the game. This option is showed to you somewhere on the installation window.

or you shall try another graficcard driver.

And if im right, you need a windows 64-bit version....but im not 100% sure

I can't download high resolution because I already downloaded normal resolution. It's irritating.

if im right, you have to new install the game, and be sure you choose the icon for high res. textures

I dont know why there are so many people out there that are bashing Lotro, it is such a great game, it really blows my mind that so many people hate it, and most of them without a reason

i run dx10 with win7 32, anytime i use very high textures i get weird graphic issues in game and usually if left alone lead to crash, will NOT do it if set on high textures, i also tested many times after loading to my house say, the ground would look like snow and tiled, turning off very high and entering and leaving house fixes it, any solutions out there for this, i have a nice machine, would like to enjoy the graphics without this issue, only game with the prob for me.

@nilkon55 I made sure to choose High resolution, and nothing lower. My operating system - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit. Video Card - GeForce 310. I'm very confused as to why I am having the problems I have stated earlier... I just bought this computer, it should be performing much better than it currently is.

This games is awesome - there are so many options that you can do ingame that it's almost impossible to do all. And the world is DAMN HUGE. It was a shock when i realized i could zoom out 2 maps before i see full world :D
