Pig Heart Dissection: Part 1

I found the heart at a local Spanish grocery store. Apparently, people eat them. I don't know how they are prepared, but they make great teaching tools.The dissection and commentary are by Dr. Peter Johnson and Janet Steddum. The video is produced by Karen Johnson. This project was done for the initial benefit of Track 4/7th grade science students at Durant Road Middle School in Raleigh, North Carolina.
