@ankithvyas Yes because Fabregas never played for Ce Mataro before joining La Masia, Iniesta never played for Albacete and Thiago never played for Flamengo among others. Also Sergio Busquets almost definitely wasn't at Lleida and Pedro didn't start his youth career at San Isidro. Get your head out of your arse, business is business and throughout his successful career he's helped develop and bring through the likes of Petit, Thuram, Henry and Fabregas to name just a few.
