@astap1970 i believe its never too late to change something in a persons technique, trial and error is what we do to learn what gets us the best results

Looks Good! Why did you switch Steffen from 3 to 4 turns this late in his career?? When is an athlete too old to change, in your opinion Igor?

@Tmatuszak My name is Konstantin, Igor, my brother. Migrating to 4 rotation is a return to the technics, which he had done before. About feelings better ask the athlete, I just helped him make a decision.
