I've lived on my own for 10+ years now, and own a house in long beach. Im the sole owner and the only name on the title (for someone who's a little kid like you, that mean's I did not need mommy to co-sign on the mortgage because im a toolbag who cant make enough money to pay his note). But good job on the assumption.
I also was not lying about how much money I make.
