if u listen to the first of the song, the kids in the background r the same ones tormenting tommy doyle in the first halloween movie.. ^_^ so technically it wuz made for Michael.. as we can see by RZ re visualizing the movie..

He is another person in the institution, worships serial killers, including John Wayne Gacy. He walks around and wears masks and pretends to be them, although he seems pretty harmless. If he has the murder weapon, the staff and police will just think he did it.
