Just finished Tony Horton's Power 90, and decided to do the Power 90 Master Series before tackling P90X. Here is a sneak-peek of one of the most fun workouts in the series - Cardio Intervals. The entire workout is 52 minutes long, but is centered around the 11 moves you see here (repeated twice). Tony Horton is really entertaining and makes getting through the hardest moves much easier - some of his humor shows here. This is one of the best Beachbody workouts available, and is perfect both for getting ready for P90X as well as a post-P90X workout to stay in shape. I usually burn over 900 calories on this one. BRING IT!

  • @azvideoguy My favorite is "don't kick high - just kick high enough to kick a small bunny in the head." Lots of jokes in this DVD, which makes it go faster and makes the PAIN more bearable.

  • This is the most fun workout I've done with Tony to date. LOVE IT!

  • @BrentLarryproduction yeah it is p90x is most advanced workout of tony horton... kenpo x widout the breaks n plyo r just killers and fat burners...

  • this look easy as fuck even when compared to P90X's easiest dvd, Cardio X

  • Its not actually a prelude to p90x...it was made to help people who couldn't do p90x, since the original was hard for some people and they complained about it. So Tony decided to release this as a buffer period to condition you into the p90x phase.

  • This actually became one of my favorite workouts. Had there been maybe one or two more upper body moves, it'd be perfect.

  • @cypresscollectibles --ya know, I spent many years of my youth with coaches who did nothin' but scream and yell, it was always great to get a coach with a sense of humor, it made us work harder, because the workouts were FUN!!! Tony is great!
