Also ich bin froh dass ich den Polo 1.4 mit 80Ps habe:) Wenn ich mir da den Diesel anschaue, da hat meiner noch mehr leistung beim beschleunigen und hört sich net so an :P

I think not, they have a strange sound, but the performance is as good as any other 4 cylinder engine with the same volume... I have a Polo 1.2 70hp and it runs great...

i ve also bought tdi polo 3 days ago,
and i think its a wonderfull machine
it needs only 4,5l on 100 km

Wow that's slow. I can't stand three cylinders... They sound crude (even petrol ones) and have some absolutely gutless performance

It's not about the 0-62 time with this car, it's about the surprisingly quick throttle response and the amount of power it delivers for a 1.4 TDi engine. I think the 3 cyl engine sounds great. Grainy maybe, but It's a nice sound to a Diesel head.
