James Cameron has plans to shoot Avatar 2 and 3 back-to-back. We have the details up next.

Welcome back to Clevver Movies. I'm Amanda Janner with your Avatar update.

Apparently, James Cameron wants to be busy for a while --the word is he's planning to shoot both sequels to his highly-acclaimed Avatar back-to-back. He's waiting until the deals are finalized to begin shooting; however, the director is preparing for the project, saying he is "making notes." And while the back-to-back movie is no done deal, word is that Cameron would prefer it that way because of the nature of the film. In live action it doesn't work well, because it exhausts the crew. But back-to-back on a largely animated film can work, because much of the film can be done in segments.

Right now, Cameron is also working on the novelization of Avatar, so if you couldn't get enough time with the blue-skinned wonders, you'll have plenty in the days ahead.

  • @themanandrey "Then" you assumed wrong.

You must be new to English.

Also, admit it, you do give a shit...which is why you keep insisting on responding. We are becoming so close. Best friends one day, I can see it now.

  • @Jerseysdevil u assume i actually read your name or even given a shit about it ,than u assume wrong

  • @themanandrey Really, given that the name clearly implies I'm from New Jersey, You must have some amazing powers of deduction there.

  • Three things:

1.The smarter species always wins, not the fastest or the strongest...the smartest

2Fuck James cameron for abandoning the Terminator series to make us all wait until retirement for a sequel for this

3.If you saw Aliens, you would know that nuking shit from orbit is the only way to be sure

  • @BataFatCat I like the way you're saying it like you have nothing to do with it.

  • @natesdevices Well we could kill the Na'avi, and terraform the planet. Then we could form a government on Pandora and send unemployed people to Pandora to mine resources so we can build space stations and ships to connect Earth and its outlying colonies.

By the way, I'm not America, I live in Australia.

  • @TheTangist yes but were in that state because of destroyin the environment, the smart capitalistic thing to do is move as many elite humans to pandora and reform a sense of government. By preserving mankinds better individuals on a massive unspoiled panet, we have a better chance of continuing our existence without earth.

  • @natesdevices Alright, put me in the position of the CEO of the mercs.

I absolutely would nuke them. They give us nothing for the progression of human-kind, they're a small, easily passable obstacle to get the unobtanium; yes, I would, as the CEO, nuke the planet in order to get the unobtanium.

Earth is at a resource crisis (it would be by 2160) and we need all the energy/fuel/metals we can get to colonise dark space.

  • @TheTangist well let me ask you this, if this was real life, would you do that.

  • @natesdevices What Biff and the mercs did what absolutely inhumane. It's beyond words. HOWEVER. The avatars hardly did anything about negotiating with the Na'avi to mine unobtanium. That's what I'm saying. So we can't do anything anymore with the local populace, so we should nuke them, take the unobtanium, instant corporate success!
