If I recall correctly, you have to follow a specific order to succeed. Otherwise one of the "obstacle monsters" will get into the way. Use your speed as good as you can, get power ups to refresh your stamina. I don't know any other secrets, sorry.

How many levels are in this game and would u actually say its worth 10 dollars?

There are 15 standard levels and you can unlock even more like the 1-X I have uploaded earlier. If you like what you see in the videos and in the demo, the game is fun and worth the couple of bucks. I did not regret the buy! It is one of my favorite mini games from PSN. I highly recommend the demo.
