@tinakross1234 Yes. It will! But you have to burn fat to see the abs beneath it. Must do cardio, walk, jog, bike, swim, something. Move more to burn more!
hey,im thinkin about trying this out and i have a few quiestions uhm 1.how often do i do this a week? 2.how long do i do these excosizes and 3.when will i see the results an lastly 4. do u have any lower body so i can tone my thighs and butt becuz id love to have an evend out body thx
@xXRockyCoCoXx 1. Do your ab exercises 3-4 days per wek. 2. You should do exercises that challenge you enough that you can only do about 30 total! Do 2-3 sets of them. You should see the results in a couple of weeks, but remember it depends on your body fat percentage. 4. Check out other videos on my LuciFit channel for lower body. It's great you want to be evenly fit!
