Effect: When killed by headshots, multi-colored confetti flies out of the Grunt's head, and children can be heard yelling "Yay!". It also does some blast damage to nearby objects and enemies, but it is very little.

mission start only, skulls wont appear on easy or after loading rally points. this is the 3rd mission btw.

@thearbitor65 Halo 3 is really messed up with the acheivements,and armor.I've gotten the Tilt skull twice now,and haven't received the acheivemnet. = (

I have tried that and its not there. I have played on normal and legendary yet the skull is not there. i have tried it co op every time its not there
