You've got a point! Whipped egg whites would be to thick and frothy for a drink! I knew there was something wrong with this vid besides the annoying host banging his whisk on each bowl at the beginning!

Why on earth would you upload a three minute video just to show how to make a tiny part of a drink?
Expert village you are pathetic.
And BTW, thats not folding, its pushing. You have just squashed all of the air out of the egg white...
Anyhow, why you would want to go to the point of seperately whipping egg whites for a drink is beyond me.
Milk, egg, brandy, vanilla- blend the hell out of it, pour it into a glass, sprinkle nutmeg on top. How hard can it be?
