I started having wrist pain after 3 years of doing massage therapy work. Ive always been in great shape but was short diagnosed with a strain or sprain. No one had ever mentioned TFCC. I have off and on (almost constant 1-3 levelpain) in my left ulnar part of my wrist. I relaized this TFCC only today and after already settling on a workers comp for only 1,000. I feel so cheated. Im hoping his will help with the healing. Thanks SO MUCH to everyone at NSU for making this video! Im sharing on FB!

So basically all you have to do is follow one of these excercises to rehab your wrists and listen to this redneck ass music. Thanks!

I broke my wrists many times. And I still have pain doing this. After tons of casts and painful weeks lol help?
-
@judywinkler: How did you break it a 2nd time? Was it due to excercises on the scaphoid after you had the cast off? I've had the cast for 3months, and just had it taken off, and ct scans show no fusion. The doc says to try physio therapy, but I can still feel pain. Man I hope it fuses without the need of pins :(

Broke my wrist 31/2 months ago, I'm at the point of having back my mobility a little over 50%,
( I'm 50 years old and very fit ).
when exercising and stretching, to what point of pain one should take himself to,
is more pain the better for faster healing?

thanks for sharing... my mum bought a rehabilitation device from tyromotion called Pablo (for hand and arm) and borrowed the Amadeo (also from tyromotion) she recovered so fast... it was really worth the money...

one good video... take a look at the tyromotion site and the Pablo hand therapy system...

Great display of exercises but it would be really helpful to have captions for what each exercise is. I have hand extensor tendonitis but I don't know which exercises are appropriate for me from watching.

Thank you so very much for putting this together. Ten weeks ago broke my radius bone. I am a fine art painter and of course I broke my painting hand:) Doing muscle stretching exercises in prep for muscle strengthening. These exercises look great, tons of options and I will use them. Cannot wait to be mended. Know it will take months but am excited about the outcome, thanks to your video encouragement!

I broke my wrist and did not do any therapy after that. I am not doing anything else than the regular activities in my life but i FEELLIKE i SHOULd do something about my rangeof motion because I have lost a lot of it. Bending my wrist up or down, it justlooks like i couldnever get the range of motion back. When I flick my wrist to throw something it really hurts for a brief moment. Id like to knowwhat the risks are if I go full throttle on therapy, is pain bad? I do not mind pain if it will help

This is the best therapy exercises
thanks
I have a ganglion cyst on my right wrist and It was bothering me and my doctor said it was fine. I just had laxity of my wrists so I should get it removed, and for my just to see a physical therapist for ROM and what not. I still think it is the cyst causing me pain.

@StaaKillah1234 Depending on the location and size of the cyst, it can be a cause of pain, but so can a bunch of other things as well.

Awesome video. Broke my scaphoid, acsted for six weeks. Then broke it again two weeks after the cast was off. Had a plate inserted. Doc says go for it in terms of pt, but my schedule isn't lining up for a couple of weeks. Your video is exactly what I need to get started. Many, many thanks!

@judywinkler Glad I could be of service. Take it gradually and listen to your body when the pain comes. Enjoy and goodluck.

i sprained my wrist on a snowboard jump back in feb. it was so bad i couldn't move it for 2 weeks. it is now july, I can pull weight no problem but I can't push much weight with my palm. will it take another few months for my wrist the heal? Doc said i didn't fracture anything and the MRI showed i had some tissue inflamed. I can complete your exercises up until 3:38.

@theonlyaccordfreak Unfortunately it can take quite some time after a bad sprain depending on the tissues damaged from the injury and the treatment for the body part immediately afterwards. When the pain sets in, back off slightly. You can take ibuprofen or aleve if it's effective for you to help with some of the inflammation. You'll get there in time, but patience and diligence with exercises are key.
