What's not so funny is the state of Florida has a drug log that is retroactive until 1992....meaning anyone convicted of a drug related crime....has ACTION. Even if u plead guilty or no contest. Some of these backwards ass counties like Polk have no issue locking up innocent men for 35 years only to release them when finally they get DNA testing done which not only clears them...but usually points the finger at another.
