Tampa Attorney James Wardell was one of the first Lawyers in Florida to jump all over a recent ruling by U.S. Federal District Judge Scriven who declared Florida's Drug Statute to be "unconstitutional on its face..."

This is an urgent case law update that could affect thousands of past and pending drug cases in the state of Florida. Attorney Wardell of the Law Offices of Wardell & Quezon, P.A. has stated that "anyone convicted anywhere in the state of Florida after trial, via guilty plea, no contest plea between May of 2002 and the present need to contact him asap.

Attorney Wardell stresses time is paramount. Any and all drug charges including possession, sale, and/or delivery past and pending MAY BE REVERSED AND PENDING CASED MUST BE ATTACKED NOW.

I am not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure the state of Florida will attempt to appeal Judge Scriven's opinion re: Statute: 893.13 so if you have a loved one in jail or facing jail time please contact Jim Wardell at 1-877-387-9080 for a FREE statewide consult.

Possible outcomes? Release from prison, vacate conviction, termination of probation, dismissal of any pending drug case that fits the criteria and the overturn of State of Federal enhancement. FLORIDA DRUG LAW HAS IN FACT BEEN RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND TAMPA BASED ATTORNEY IS TAKING THE BULL BY THE HORNS........CALL HIM ASAP AND TELL HIM VEGAS VINCE SENT U! BEST OF LUCK....vv

  • Serious shit peeps. If u or a loved one were convicted or are currently incarcerated in the state of Fl for a drug related offense...no matter if u plead guilty or no contest or were tried by jury....A FEDERAL DISTRICT JUDGE HAS RULED A FL DRUG STATUE UNCONSTITUTIONAL. PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR CALL ATTORNEY JAMES WARDELL FOR ALL POSSIBLE REMEDIES. FREE CONSULT BUT HURRY BEFORE THE STATE APPEALS. I'M SERIOUS..LOOK THIS UP ON GOOGLE YOURSELF. HELP YOURSELF OR A LOVED ONE NOW.

  • @pdgeman LOL...ok that was funny gotta admitt. What's not so funny is the state of Florida has a drug log that is retroactive until 1992....meaning anyone convicted of a drug related crime....has ACTION. Even if u plead guilty or no contest. I don't usually mention lawyers but James Wardell is a bad ass who is the ONLY lawyer I came across who understood what it meant when a federal district judge ruled Florida's drug statue UNCONSTITUTIONAL. BIG NEWS IF YOU WERE CONVICTED RETOR BACK TO 5/2002

  • @NoNORADon911 Well if you'se get bustin watchin' porn in the wrong "bible belt" part of the USA or Florida in particular.....better call James Wardell for that too. Some of these backwards ass counties like Polk have no issue locking up innocent men for 35 years only to release them when finally they get DNA testing done which not only clears them...but usually points the finger at another. This county is a police state trust me. At least one federal judge had the wavos to say NO MORE bullshit

  • This makes me want to watch porn.

  • "Something interesting came across my desk the other day" Yea, I'd say so.. look at her.

  • Attorney Jim Wardell was the first lawyer I came across who jumped on this recent ruling by a Federal District Judge declaring a major section of the Florida Drug Law is "unconstitutional" . This is retroactive back till May of 2002 and if you or a loved one have been convicted of a drug charge or currently charged with a pending charge and/or probation call Jim Wardell Atttorney ASAP. I am not a lawyer nor am I rendering legal advice. ATTORNEY JAMES WARDELL IS QUALIFIED AND KNOWS THIS ISSUE.
