Sometimes you need to have your device system software installed on your computer in order to add or remove apps. Check blackberry web site for the system software for your device. Also check on the crackberry or blackberryforums sites for support on this issue.

how do you remove software. i do not like using the new OS 6, i would like it back the way it was :(

@Rachela93 If you want to downgrade to OS 5, you need to download it from your carrier web site. Do a google search for "downgrade from OS 6 to OS 5" and then you should be able to see all the detailed steps.
To delete apps or software, follow the steps on this video.

@ycedi It's possible that the software you are trying to install is not compatible with your device. Make sure that it is. Also, you may need to 'import' the file that you downloaded. Please check crackberry com for more help on this one - it can be challenging. Good luck
