Thanks for comment. I guess I am lucky. I grew up in Auburn and "migrated" to Miranda some 35 years ago. Best thing I ever did !

Certainly one of the best areas in The Shire. Beats Sylvannia Waters ! Has a few secret paths to water front I managed to find .
Shops don't look much different as a couple have closed down.
