Hey buddies if ur in windows you might get confused of changing the file format go to folder option in windows and uncheck the "hide extension for known file type"

i have successfully added the ringtone, but I dunno why i cannot sync the ringtone into my iphone. It shows "0 ringtone"!
Can you please help me? Thanks!

@fattiemandi Your ringtone is either too long (more than 30 seconds) or you did not sync ringtones from iTunes to iPhone by ticking the box for ringtone syncing

Go to View -> Folder Properties -> Show file extensions
Then you will either see m4a or m4r
