What If? Episode 1

Hey! This is my first episode so I really need to know what you think, ok? Leave comments and subscribe! 10 or more comments for episode 2! Also, I know its alot of text but don't be scared!

*Liz's POV*
I opened my eyes and stared at my ceiling. I just stared for a minute but then it hit me. Joe was coming home today! My Joe. My best friend. I jumped out of bed and checked my clock.
"10:00 o'clock already?" I muttered to myself. Then, I ripped through my drawers and puled out something to wear. A blue shirt and jeans.
"This should be good enough." I said as I yanked on the outfit. I began to step out of the room but my phone started ringing. I rushed to the phone and my heart fell to my knees when I saw who was calling. Joe. I flipped open the phone and I tried to answer the phone while keeping my breath even.
"Hello?" I said anxiously. "Liz!" He said in the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. "Joe! Whats up? I'm so happy to hear from you!" I said a little bit too excited. "Nothing really. I just got home and I was wondering if I could see you?" My heart was racing. "Uh...today?" Was all I managed to squeeze out. "Yeah. At our usual meeting spot," he said. "Sure. Meet you there in 10 minutes!" I smiled as I hung up. I stood in my room, looking at my phone for about a minute but then I realized I had to go see Joe. I shoved my phone in my pocket and ran downstairs.
"Liz? Where are you going?" My mom asked. "I'm meeting Joe somewhere," I said as I ran out the door.
Now, me and Joe have been friends forever. He is a year older than me but that doesn't matter. We haven't been apart since we've been together except for this year when he went away for the summer. He went for some sort of special class in France. I haven't seen him in months so I couldn't wait to see him! I ran, and ran, and ran and I finally got there. Our meeting spot was a stream in back of his house. It looked different. I haven't seen it in months so it was strange to see it again. I leaned against a tree and waited for a minute until I felt cool hands cover my eyes.
"Guess who?" He whispered in my ear. I hadn't heard anything so amazing since the last time we talked, for real, not on the phone. "Joe?" I guessed. He took his hands off my eyes and grabbed my shoulders to turn me around. "How'd you know it was me?" I didn't think I could keep myself steady. He was beautiful. He grew and became what looked like a true man. And he flashed me that smile, the one that made my heart melt. I had a lump in my throat so it took a minute to answer. "Joe!" I squeezed out as I jumped into his arms. "Liz! I missed you!" He held me close to him and I pulled away. "I missed you too," I said as I smiled at him. "Wow, Liz, you've grown! You're actually able to look me in the eyes." He laughed and sat down on a tree stump. "You did too!" I sat next to him. "How was France?" It took him a minute to answer but he said, "It was truly incredible. The sights and especially the food!" He smirked at me and then continued. "How was your summer?" I looked down and then back up at him. "Eh....not the best. I mean I hung out with Ellen and Nick and yeah but it wasn't the same as usual without you here." I playfully hit him and he pushed me off the stump. "Hey," I screached as I landed on a rock. "OW!" I stood up and knocked him upside the head. "What was that for?" I asked as I sat back down making sure he wouldn't push me over again. "I don't know. Just felt like it." He smiled that smile again and I couldn't help but stare. "Liz," he asked waving his hands in front of my face. "Oh, uh, sorry." I turned away, blushing. "Well, I hate to go but I have to finish unpacking. School starts tomorrow so I'll see you then!" He said as he stood up. Ugh, school. I totally forgot. Oh well, atleast I can be with my friends again. "Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow then." I stood up and began to walk away but he grabbed my arm and pulled me into a hug. "I'm really glad I could see you again. I really missed you." He whispered into my ear. I grasped him tighter and whispered, "I missed you too." I pulled away and smiled. "Bye Joey." He chuckled. "Bye Liz." We walked our seperate ways and I returned home.
I ran into my room, threw off my shoes and plopped down on the bed. I couldn't stop thinking of him. He was just...just....the best, ever! I sat up and felt my phone vibrate. I pulled it out and I had a text message. It read: "Sorry I had to leave so early. I was really glad to see you and I'll see you tomorrow. Joe!"
I texted back: "Don't worry. I have to get ready for tomorrow anyway. I'll see you tomorrow. Liz! (I added a little smiley-face too! LoL)
