that fret board isn't pentatonic, its chromatic

just found this same guy in another video calling it a "bowed mandolin" which of course is what the rest of us would call a fiddle. dulcimers as i know them have diatonic fretting and this thingy has pentatonic. can anyone get ahold of the guy and find out how its tuned?
