I watched CNBMinecraft's tutorial on a similar staircase. This one, imo, is much easier, compact and hide-able. I mean, sure, maybe not out in the open with those pistons showing...but in the side of a mountain or building, no problem. I like this way of doing it better. Good job!

On the last piston, you coud have just led off of the redstone just before the repeater.

Man, you guys aren't very bright...of course it's hidden!!! Just use it right. He SHOWS it in the video so you can know how he did it...just take a sec...and think...
