@mariyababu Genetics, definitely. Darwin didn't even know how traits were inherited, so when genetics was founded, that could've easily falsified evolution. It didn't; everything we know was either predicted by or 100% compatible with evolution. Probably the best successful application was the merging of chromosomes between humans and their ape ancestors; google something like "chromosome 2 merging," or look at the Wikipedia article on chromosome 2 for details.
