Her voice is so different from Edith Piaf's. Her interpretation of this song is so cynical and so razor sharp, as sharp as Mackie's razor. Her songs live on Zero Zen Zep's contribution to immortality. La Mer Est Bleu, C'est Bleu,but as Pia Interprets it, the sea is black and murky, as Weill and Brecht wishes it would be.
